1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Zumpey Scheduler application ("Service") available at tool.zumpey.com, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable Pinterest Developer Terms and Community Guidelines.

2. Service Description

Zumpey Scheduler is a cloud-based productivity tool designed for content publishers, digital marketing agencies, and e-commerce creators to schedule, pace, rotate, and manage organic pins on connected Pinterest Business accounts via official REST API endpoints.

3. Anti-Spam & Pinterest Policy Compliance

Users agree to publish only authentic, copyright-cleared, high-quality content. Zumpey Scheduler strictly adheres to Pinterest's anti-spam guidelines and incorporates automated enforcement mechanisms:

7-Day URL Spacing: Identical destination URLs cannot be scheduled to the same board within 7 days.
Safe Rate Pacing: Scheduling queues are throttled to ensure account activity remains well below official rate limit ceilings.
Staggered Rotation: Multi-board posting is spaced across calendar intervals rather than blasted concurrently.

4. User Account & API Token Security

You are solely responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. OAuth 2.0 authorization tokens granted by Pinterest are stored with AES-256-GCM encryption. We do not store or require your Pinterest password.

5. Termination & Token Revocation

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that attempt to distribute spam, malware, or violate community guidelines. You may cancel your account and revoke API tokens at any time with immediate effect.
