Zumpey Scheduler ("we", "our", or "us") operates the social media scheduling and analytics tool hosted at tool.zumpey.com and zumpey.com. We are committed to protecting your privacy and transparently disclosing how data is collected, processed, and protected when you integrate your Pinterest accounts.
2. Pinterest API v5 Data & OAuth Tokens
When you authorize your Pinterest business account via OAuth 2.0, we collect only the permissions strictly required to provide scheduling functionality:
- pins:read / pins:write: To create, schedule, and verify Pins published on your behalf.
- boards:read / boards:write: To fetch your board directory and assign target destination boards.
- user_accounts:read: To identify your account username, business profile, and profile image.
Encryption Guarantee: All OAuth access and refresh tokens are encrypted at rest using industry-standard AES-256-GCM authenticated encryption. We never store raw, unencrypted third-party tokens.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use collected data solely to:
- Execute automated publishing queues according to your custom schedule slots.
- Deliver performance metrics (impressions, re-pins/saves, outbound clicks).
- Enforce anti-spam guardrails (7-day URL spacing and daily rate pacing).
4. Zero Data Selling & Third-Party Sharing
We never sell, rent, monetize, or trade your personal data, media files, or Pinterest credentials to third parties or data brokers.
5. Data Retention & 1-Click Revocation
You have full control over your data. You may disconnect your Pinterest account at any time via the Accounts page in Zumpey Scheduler or directly through Pinterest's account security settings. Upon disconnection, stored authorization tokens and board associations are permanently deleted from our database.
